Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Association of Canadian Consumer Purchasers (ACCP). By doing so, you are ensuring your right for basic necessities; and showing a commitment to supporting your local artists.
ACCP serves to improve all Canadian life by providing an affordable means to sustain the basic necessities needed to live today. ACCP provides a solution so that no member will have to live without electricity, heat, water, food and basic clothing.
ACCP also serves to improve the lives of Canadians who are artists. Artists also includes musicians, volunteers and students. ACCP recognizes the need for these people in our society and through mem- ber donations, ACCP ensures no affiliated artist will have a hard time financially obtaining the items, tools and supplies needed to help them fulfill their greatest potential.
Members are able to view artists profiles through their online membership accounts at www.consumerpurchasers.ca. Once a member has created their ACCP account, members are able to select the artist of their choice. Half of the members monthly dues will go directly to an account for the artist they choose. The artist will then be able to purchase canvas, paints, books, and other tools and supplies needed that are not considered a consumer purchase.
